Hill, Audrey (Hirsch) (13 Nov 1944 - 05 Jun 2007)
Audrey Hill, 62, Stratford, died Tuesday, June 5th, 2007, at the Palliative Care Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.
Memorial services were held June 11th at Sauter-Kudinger Funeral Home in Stratford with the Reverend James Logan presiding.
Audrey was born November 13th, 1944, in Marshfield to Arthur and Lucille(Poeschel) Hirsch and attended Mosinee High School.
She married Daniel McHugh on January 28th, 1961, in Halder. Daniel later died. On July 8th, 1977, Audrey married Duane Hill in Wausau.
Audrey worked several years in the housekeeping department at Clearwaters Best Western in Marshfield and more recently at Baltus Bread and Butter of Stratford until illness forced her into early retirement.
She enjoyed camping and casino trips.
Audrey is survived by her husband, Duane; her parents, Arthur and Lucille Hirsch, Arpin; eight children, Lorie Steiner, Clear Lake, MN, Debby (Wayne)Schar, Arpin, Anna McHugh, Stratford, Denise McHugh, Marshfield, Michael(Jessica) McHugh, Stratford, Eric (Stephanie) Hill, Colby, Patrick Hill and Melissa Hill, both of Stratford; 13 grandchildren; three brothers, Richard(Pat) Hirsch, Mosinee, David (Jan) Hirsch, Marshfield and Carl (Denise)Hirsch, Mosinee; three sisters, Nancy (William) Engel, Stratford, Delores (Walter) Hauke, Mosinee and Betty (Allen) McHugh, Edgar.
She was preceded in death by a grandson and a sister, Mary Lou Andres.
